Thanks to the actions of François, Eusèbe and Lisa, the Resistance starts to grow in their village. Little by little, adults join the fight against the German occupation too: the mayor, the priest, and the young resisters’ own parents.
Still hiding behind the secret identity of the Lynx, the three heroes help organize an escape network so escaped French prisoners can reach the free zone. But the danger is growing: the Germans step up their surveillance and violence is everywhere.
Through this intense adventure, young readers also discover the realities of racism, fear and hard choices in a deeply divided France.
