Tips for use
Do not apply the board to fresh paint. If you have just repainted your wall, wait a while (4 to 6 months) before applying Ferflex®. Some solvents in paint can weaken our adhesive
Installing the board is very simple and takes two steps:
- Place the black magnetic board on a clean, smooth wall! It stays in place with a repositionable adhesive.
- Position the rosy beige colored cover
To reuse it later, keep the adhesive’s protective film so you can stick the board back onto it and store it away from dust.
To remove it from the wall, gently peel it off starting from the top and pull slowly downward.
How should you store your colored board to keep it in good condition? There are a few important points to keep in mind.
Step 1: Put the adhesive’s protective film back on the black board. Store the board flat or rolled with the black side facing out. It is essential to keep the black side facing out when rolling it, since the material has shape memory. If you roll it the wrong way, the black magnetic board may warp and have trouble sticking to the wall.
Step 2: Always roll the colored cover with the colored side facing out. The cover has shape memory, and if you skip this step it may warp and no longer stick properly to the black board.
