Kikivu — Privacy Policy

Kikivu collects nothing. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDK of any kind. Nothing you do in the app is sent anywhere, because the app has nowhere to send it: it declares no Android permissions at all, not even internet access, and everything it needs is bundled inside it.

What is stored, and where

Your cards, your progress and your settings are kept on your device. That data stays there: it is not transmitted, not backed up to us, and not readable by us. Uninstalling the app deletes it.

The app does opt its settings into Android's own cloud backup, so that moving to a new phone does not mean starting over. That copy goes to your Google account, under Google's terms, not to us, and you can turn it off in Android's backup settings.

Children

Kikivu is a game for car journeys and is suitable for all ages, but it is not directed at children under 13 and it collects no personal data from anyone, of any age.

Changes

If this ever stops being true — if a future version adds an account, a leaderboard, or anything else that leaves the device — this page will be updated before that version ships.
